    1. Hi lynn – it involves a bit of a warm up, sweat, some military type exercises (some with a bit of a twist!) & usually a bit of a laugh!! Short timed bursts of exercise, sometimes with an active rest & sometimes with an ‘actual’ rest!! All crammed into half hour – for the busy lady!! (or gent) x
